Mailbox Services

After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email/text/call with your unique Ship TriCities address and instructions to use the service. Since there is no commitment, you can cancel at any time. If you signed up for our Mailbox and Key plan, there is a one-time $25 set up fee that will be applied in store when you pickup your set of keys. You can receive and pick-up an unlimited amount of letter mail for free with our virtual mailbox plan. If you need to receive packages under our Virtual Mailbox plan, there is a $5 per package fee that will be charged to the card on file. USPS requires that each boxholder fill out a Form 1583. We are required to see two forms of identification at signing. This is to verify the identity of the mailbox owner. We will have copies of the form at our store for you when you pick up your first package.
